Job summary

GroundSystems, Inc. in Dayton, OH is hiring Drivers: Landscaping Crew Members. No CDL required, valid license and clean driving record are needed to join our growing, locally-owned landscaping team.

As a Crew Member you will mow, prune, plant, operate landscaping equipment, drive trucks and trailers, and assist with snow and ice management in winter. We offer year-round full-time work, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CDL not required for this role.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and communicate in English.

What You'll Do

As a Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch landscaping services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping
• Pruning trees and shrubs
• Maintaining perennial beds
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
• Driving trucks and trailers (valid license required)
• Supporting snow and ice management during winter months

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
• At least 20 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Landscaping experience is a plus-but not required!
