Job summary

GroundSystems, Inc. is hiring Landscapers to join our Dayton, OH team. As a Crew Member, you’ll perform mowing, planting, sod, and general landscape care for commercial clients while working outdoors year-round.

We provide training, tools, and benefits, including snow pay bonus, PTO, health and life insurance, a 401(k) match, uniforms, and on-the-job training to help you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Landscaping experience is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and trimming.
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Laying sod and applying fertilizers.
• Pruning and maintaining perennial beds.
• Using landscaping tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining clean and safe job sites.
