Job summary

GroundSystems, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio, is hiring Crew Members to perform mowing, trimming, planting and general groundskeeping as part of an energetic outdoor team.

No CDL is required. You will drive trucks and trailers with a valid license, assist in snow/ice management, and enjoy benefits like health and life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; CDL not required.
• At least 20 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; comfortable outdoors in all weather.
• Landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic English communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping.
• Pruning trees and shrubs.
• Maintaining perennial beds.
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
• Driving trucks and trailers with a valid license.
• Supporting snow and ice management during winter months.

What You'll Do

As a Crew Member, your responsibilities will include:

• Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping
