Job summary

Hub Group in Bloomington, CA is seeking a Terminal Manager to lead safe operations, drive service quality, and manage costs at the terminal. You will supervise Company Drivers and Owner Operators, and collaborate to reduce freight expenses while maintaining high safety standards.

The role requires 5–7 years of transportation management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to implement strategic plans and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business.
• 5–7 years' experience in transportation management and terminal ops.
• Knowledge of transportation laws and safety regulations.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, manage, and lead multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; transportation software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all terminal functions including productivity, safety, and costs.
• Create and implement annual terminal business plans and strategies.
• Conduct monthly results reviews of key accountability areas.
• Develop internal/external strategies to provide superior service and manage budgets.
• Ensure safety, service, and quality measures are audited and corrected.
