Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, product design or equivalent consultant experience with significant time spent leading consumer facing products.
• Ability to make things happen: manage ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies with metrics.
• Customer obsessed: strong user empathy and experience in discovery and development.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand driver and business needs to set a product vision that motivates team and leadership.
• Set team goals and success metrics aligned with the mission and data-driven insights.
• Build a product roadmap and lead engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers to execute.
• Collaborate with partner teams on shared goals and initiatives.
• Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions to diverse audiences.
• Own your team's products from ideation to launch, growth and maintenance.
