Job summary

Epic Mountain Express in Vail, CO is hiring Shuttle Drivers for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You’ll transport guests between airports and resorts, ensuring safety and top-notch service. No CDL required, with extensive training and a strong focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow regularly scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to dispatch requests.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fueling and cleaning the vehicle at shift end.
• Accurately record and submit all required information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Epic Mountain Express does not require a CDL in order to operate its vehicles, just a valid driver's license and a clean driving record!

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage:
  • $17.50/hour base wage plus cash and credit card tips
  • $20.00/hour minimum earnings, plus opportunities to earn much more for great service (drivers average $30+/hour)
  • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow regularly scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to requests from dispatch or management for unscheduled pickups or drop-offs
• Provide excellent customer service, loading and unloading guests’ luggage
• Take care of your shuttle with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fueling and cleaning the vehicle at the end of your shift
• Accurately record and submit all required information
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• No CDL required! Epic Mountain Express/CME’s drivers are some of the best drivers on the road, and they are set up for success by providing 60 hours of on the road and classroom training
• Have a Motor Vehicle Record (or list of traffic offenses) that meets company safety standards
• Have a Satisfactory background check
• Be able to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language
• Be able to read, understand and comprehend all Company and regulatory agency forms
• Pass a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination
• Be able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Get a CO driver license within 30 days of employment (unless CDL)
• Must be 21 or older by the position start date

The expected pay range is$12.14/hr - $16.04/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
