Job summary

Epic Mountain Express, part of the Vail Resorts family, seeks Shuttle Drivers for the winter season in Colorado. You will drive guests between airports and resorts, ensuring safety and exceptional guest service while handling luggage and maintaining the vehicle.

Starting wages range from $12.14 to $16.04 per hour plus tips, with guaranteed minimum pay when in tipped roles. Training hours are provided; housing may be available in some situations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• No CDL required; CME drivers are trained.
• Must read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Follow scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to requests for pickups/drop-offs.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with luggage handling.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fueling and vehicle cleaning after shift.
• Accurately record and submit all required information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $12.14/hr - $16.04/hr + tips
• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Follow regularly scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to requests from dispatch or management for unscheduled pickups or drop‑offs
• Provide excellent customer service, loading and unloading guests’ luggage
• Take care of your shuttle with pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, fueling and cleaning the vehicle at the end of your shift
• Accurately record and submit all required information
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• No CDL required!Epic Mountain Express/CME’s drivers are some of the best drivers on the road, and they are set up for success by providing 60 hours of on the road and classroom training
• Havea Motor Vehicle Record (or list of traffic offenses) that meets company safety standards
• Have a Satisfactory background check
• Be able to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language
• Be able to read, understand and comprehend all Company and regulatory agency forms
• Pass a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination
• Be able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Must be 21 or older by the position start date

The expected pay range is $12.14/hr - $16.04/hr + tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
