Owens Realty Services in Georgia is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial duties across multiple facilities in Cobb County. The role requires cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas to industry standards, with attention to safety and cleanliness.

Schedule is Mon, Wed, Fri 7:30 am–5 pm; valid driver’s license is required to travel between locations. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to apply common sense understanding to follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Performs all assigned custodial tasks professionally to reflect company integrity.
• Cleans administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, lounges, corridors and restrooms to standard cleanliness.
• Cleans and dusts furniture, fixtures and related furnishings; handles safe movement of light items as directed.
• Vacuums carpets and cleans surfaces; polishes tables, chairs, and other fixtures.
• Safely handles trash removal, recycling and proper waste disposal; maintains cleanliness of closets and carts.
