Job summary

Juniper Landscaping in Orlando, FL is seeking a dual driver/crew member to join our landscape enhancement teams. You will drive a company work truck with a 24’ trailer and assist crews on-site with sod, pavers, and hardscape installations.

The role requires safe vehicle operation, physical outdoor work, and a willingness to perform various landscape duties year-round. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; long hours outdoors may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a MVR check.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Landscape installation experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work long hours outdoors in heat and sun.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Laying sod and installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects.
• Installing mulch; irrigation/sprinkler work.
• Digging trenches and preparing soil areas for plantings.
• Moving soil, equipment and materials; using hand/power tools.
• Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape enhancement crew at each job site.Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast.
