Job summary

Schneider in Green Bay is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to be the main point of contact for truck driver prospects. You will make outbound calls to driver candidates, conduct interviews, and extend job offers, effectively communicating driving opportunities and advocating Schneider as an employer of choice.

This is an on-site, full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., requiring strong communication, fast-paced decision making, and commitment to delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in business admin, HR, sales or related field.
• 1–2 years recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from truck driver candidates.
• Make outbound calls to driver prospects.
• Effectively communicate all driving opportunities to potential drivers.
• Conduct interviews with pre-qualified candidates and hire on Schneider's behalf.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring goals.
• Maintain excellent customer service with candidates.
