Job summary

Sysco Cincinnati, LLC is seeking a finance associate to check in drivers, count returned materials and document quantities and values. You will inspect product returns and determine restocking or credits, while ensuring accurate invoice coding and adherence to safety protocols.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of pallet jack/forklift experience, plus strong literacy and numeracy skills for records and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year pallet jack and/or forklift experience.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Check-in drivers who have completed routes and verify returns.
• Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
• Ensure food safety protocols on returns.
• Inspect returned products for restocking or credit eligibility.
• Code reason for invoice updates and damage codes.
• Count and stage returns; ensure quantities match records.
• Enter overages into inventory system promptly.
