Payrate

• Hourly payrate: $29.50
• Shift differential: $0.25/hour for hours between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., provided at least four hours are worked during this period.

Position Details

The position is represented by a labor union. Schedule varies based on business needs, with driving start times between 1:30 am - 5:30 am. Warehouse shifts are typically at 6 am or 4 pm depending on staffing.

Role Overview

As a Driver, you'll deliver products safely and efficiently. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll stock trucks and prepare products for delivery. This dual role offers flexibility and varied responsibilities throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety procedures and conduct safety checks on equipment.
• Complete daily activities like preparing invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform duties assigned by Foreman and Supervisor.
• Coordinate with customers and receiving personnel.
• Participate in warehouse activities including unloading, stock counting, and order processing.
• Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• CDL-Class A license with at least one year of safe driving experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
• Pass relevant licensing and safety requirements.
• Preferred experience with DSD, forklifts, or pallet jacks.
• Must pass drug test, MVR, background check, and FMCSA's Clearinghouse registration.

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow schedules and instructions from management.
• Inspect and record deliveries and shipments.
• Use electronic devices for logging and delivery scanning.
• Adapt to changing routes and work conditions.
• Understand basic vehicle mechanics for troubleshooting.
