Warehouse Associate

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling systems, ensuring safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Essential Functions

• Receive all inbound orders into WMS, including spring water, resin, materials, and deliveries.
• Rebuild damaged pallets and process RMAs.
• Consolidate finished goods storage and identify quality issues.
• Validate new SKUs in WMS and correct LGV alarms.
• Unload goods, maintain storage areas, and handle product spills.
• Operate forklift when needed and facilitate flow of information between departments.
• Coordinate preload activities and ensure proper documentation and records.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and ensure timely shipments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience in similar roles and managing projects or teams.
