Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

OVERVIEW:

Embark on your journey as a Full-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll handle the ebb and flow of products entering and leaving the facility and engage in inventory management for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is based at our branch located at 3244 Union Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227. A flexible schedule may be offered after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Managing and maintaining branch inventory
  2. Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory
  3. Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
  4. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  5. Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
  • Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, with the ability to meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
  • Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25lbs-50lbs, up to 75lbs
  • Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam)
  • Successfully pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen, background check, and employment verification
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience with receiving, shipping, sorting, or managing inventory is preferred.
