Job summary

Blair Logistics is seeking a Breakdown Coordinator to manage inbound calls and act as the liaison for maintenance between drivers, vendors, and stakeholders. You will deliver strong customer service to ensure drivers have a smooth maintenance experience and will coordinate with mechanics and operations to resolve issues.

The role requires handling repair orders in Fleetio, reviewing estimates, and negotiating with vendors for parts and services.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills with customers, drivers and team members.
• Customer-service oriented and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and coordinate maintenance between drivers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Create repair orders in Fleetio and review repair estimates.
• Engage with vendors for parts pricing and service coordination.
• Communicate status of repairs to operations and risk management teams.
• Adhere to DOT/FMCSA regulations and company standards.
