1-800-GOT-JUNK? is the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team and clean blue trucks. You will join a great team, grow your skills, earn great pay, stay in shape, and feel good about the work you do.

We work hard, have fun, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. A typical day includes visiting customers’ homes in shiny blue trucks, removing items, and disposing responsibly through recycling, donation, and waste facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lead others toward achieving personal and professional goals.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history are required.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly and work in a physically demanding role.
• Smartphone capable of using multiple apps and staying connected.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes in our blue trucks to remove unwanted items and leave smiles on their faces.
• Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donation, and waste management facilities.
• Maintain clear communication with the operations team throughout the day.
• Contribute to a positive culture and help the community.

• You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities
• Maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team
• Feel amazing about helping your community

Pay

• $20-28/hr AVG, PLUS AWESOME CASH TIPS!
• On top of hourly pay we have fun performance bonuses, and keep some cool finds!

What you bring to the company:

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Have a clean driving history, clean 3-yr
• A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
• A smartphone capable of downloading and using multiple apps.
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor and/or driving experience a plus!
