1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking energetic Truck Team Members to haul junk, load items, and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll drive clean Isuzu trucks, lift heavy items, and engage customers with friendly, helpful service.

We offer a flexible 4-day work week with alternating weekend shifts, base pay plus profit share bonuses, and various perks. Take-home treasures and tips enhance earnings with a team-driven, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old for commercial insurance eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR check past 3 years).
• Great attitude with goal-driven mindset; reliable and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Drive 17–20 ft Isuzu trucks and provide top-notch service to customers.
• Lift and load items from customer properties and load into the truck.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales through simple pricing sheets.
• Assist with quoting junk removal and explain pricing to customers.
• Help keep items out of landfills by recycling and donating when possible.
• Manage your day with efficiency and organization.

We're looking for energetic Truck Team Members who enjoy being physically active, love meeting new people, and thrive on getting things done.

A Day in the Life:

• Drive: You’ll cruise in our sleek 17-20 ft Isuzu trucks, providing top-notch service to our customers.
• Lift & Load: Remove unwanted items (big and small) from customer properties and load them into the truck.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, leaving every customer with a smile.
• Sales & Negotiation: Assess and quote for junk removal (we provide training and easy-to-understand pricing sheets).
• Recycle & Donate: Help keep items out of landfills by recycling and donating items wherever possible.
• Time Management: Manage your day like you're running your own business—smart, efficient, and on-point!

What You Bring:

• 21+ years old (for commercial insurance eligibility)
