Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for residents and ensure their comfort and safety on every trip. You will assist residents getting in and out of vehicles, follow safety protocols, and conduct regular vehicle inspections.

This role emphasizes reliability, clear communication, and compassionate service. Responsibilities include driving to appointments, recording logs, and supporting activities when not driving.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED and age 21+ required.
• CPR certification may be required.
• Current CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to appointments and outings.

• Maintain focus on safe driving at all times.
• Conduct pre-trip and monthly vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment.

• Assist with activities when not driving.

What We’re Looking For:

• HS Diploma/GED; age 21+
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• CPR certification (as required)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm in emergencies
• Ability to operate wheelchair lift and secure mobility devices
• Need to have current CDL and Passenger Endorsement

Pay Range:

17.30 - 21.70
