Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for residents and ensure comfort and vehicle safety on every trip.

You will assist residents in accessing destinations, conduct vehicle inspections, and maintain documentation while following safety standards. The role requires a valid license, 21+ age, and CPR as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a HS Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to stay calm in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to appointments and outings.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles and to destinations.
• Maintain focus on safe driving at all times.
• Conduct pre-trip and monthly vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Complete required driving logs and documentation.
• Report resident changes in condition.
• Follow OSHA, infection control, and safety standards.
• Assist with activities when not driving.

What We're Looking For:

• HS Diploma/GED; age 21+
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• CPR certification (as required)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm in emergencies
• Ability to operate wheelchair lift and secure mobility devices

Pay Range:

19.65 - 24.65
