Driver – Provide Safe, Caring Transportation for Seniors
As a Driver, you provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation while ensuring resident comfort and vehicle safety standards are upheld each trip.
What You’ll Do
- Provide safe transportation to appointments and outings
- Assist residents in and out of vehicles and to destinations
- Maintain focus on safe driving at all times
- Conduct pre‑trip and monthly vehicle inspections
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment
- Complete required driving logs and documentation
- Report resident changes in condition
- Follow OSHA, infection control, and safety standards
- Assist with activities when not driving
What We’re Looking For
- HS Diploma or GED; age 21+
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- CPR certification (as required)
- Strong communication and time‑management skills
- Ability to remain calm in emergencies
- Ability to operate wheelchair lift and secure mobility devices
Pay Range
20.60 - 25.80
