Job summary

Heating and Cooling Supply LLC is hiring a Full-Time Driver to load, transport, and deliver HVAC products within a defined region. You will interact with customers, maintain accurate documentation, and support warehouse tasks as needed.

The role requires 24 months of box truck driving experience and a clean driving record. DOT physicals, safety PPE, and strong attention to detail are essential for success in this fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of verifiable, current experience driving a 22’ minimum box truck or stake bed.
• Possess a clean driving record with no more than one moving violation per year and no more than one preventable accident in two years.
• Ability to pass DOT physical examination requirements and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for delivery in assigned region.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist in the Warehouse with inventory counting, picking, and order verification.
• Maintain daily truck maintenance checklists and report merchandiser returns.
• Adhere to safety requirements and wear PPE as required.

Required Qualifications

• No restrictions, suspensions or DUI convictions in the past 3 years.
• Ability to pass DOT physical examination requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
• A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Warehouse experience, including driving a forklift/appliance lift, is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for delivery in assigned region.
• Collect invoices with proper signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist in the Warehouse with inventory counts, picking, verifying orders, and several Warehouseduties.
• Responsible for daily checklist of truck maintenance and reporting in/out times with merchandisereturns.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including wearing appropriate PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties asassigned.
