Job summary

Gemaire Distributors in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Driver/Warehouse Associate to support daily HVAC freight delivery and warehouse operations.

You will load/unload, stock merchandise, inspect items, assist with orders, maintain safety, and provide excellent customer service to external customers. The role requires valid 16’+ truck experience and ability to multi-task, with Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of verifiable experience driving a 16’ minimum box truck, or stake bed truck.
• Ability to multi-task and work within daily deadlines.
• Knowledge of common carrier (LTL) and full truckload logistics.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
• A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to one’s regular job duties.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday. This position may require working extra hours on occasion.
