Job summary

Honey Bucket Inc. is hiring a Driver – Portable Sanitation to join our employee‑owned team. Primary work in Spanish Fork with secondary Salt Lake locations.

Expect early 5:00 AM starts, 5 days a week with some weekends and OT during peak seasons. Training is provided, and benefits include employer‑paid health coverage and retirement options. You will service and clean portable restrooms, assist with supply pickup, and coordinate with dispatchers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a physically demanding role.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position with pre-employment and random drug screening.
• Ability to read and speak English; travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Service and clean portable restrooms; 30% driving, 70% servicing.
• Pickup truck and supplies from yard; communicate with dispatchers and customers.
• Work 10+ hour days; OT and weekends during busy seasons.
• Lift 50–150 pounds repeatedly.

Driver – Portable Sanitation

A \"Day in the Life\":

• Efficiently, energetically and independently, our drivers ensure the quality standards that make us stand out from our competition by:
• Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms (˜30% driving, ˜70% servicing)
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
• Expect 10+ hour days, with OT and weekends during busy seasons
• Physically demanding: lifting, reaching, bending

We Offer:

• Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
• Weekly Starting pay: $23.50/hour, $27.50/hour after 1 year (performance-based)
• Schedule: 5:00 AM, Monday-Friday (some weekends)

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working from the following locations: Spanish Fork (primary) AND Salt Lake (Secondary).
• 1+ years in a physically demanding role
• Clean driving record & pass DOT.
• Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records.
• Must be able to travel for required company-paid training and have or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel before departure, such as a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, valid passport, or other TSA-accepted identification.
