Job summary

Lakes Regional Community Center is seeking a Clinic Driver to provide a range of transportation services to clients and to assist with back-up office tasks as needed. The role includes monitoring clients during transport, coordinating vehicle upkeep, documenting transport times, and performing safety checks on vehicles.

Travel outside the catchment area may be required. The position may require evening hours and works as part of an administrative support team to ensure smooth operations and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess current driver's license and Defensive Driving Certificate.
• Experience in human service field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation and courier services to clients.
• Monitor clients during transport and report behavioral issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate vehicle upkeep and perform safety checks, including maintenance of vehicles.
• Document transport times and travel outside the catchment area as needed.
• Serve as back-up for office communications and other administrative tasks.

Duties include, but are not limited to, transportation, courier duties, coordination of vehicle upkeep, monitoring clients during transport, documentation of transport time, and safety duties to include vehicle checks and maintenance of vehicles. Transportation includes travel outside the catchment area. Clinic Driver is part of an administrative support team and will also provide back-up support duties such as office communications & other tasks. Position will be available as needed during evening hours.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm flex

Minimum Qualifications

Position requires applicant be a high school graduate or GED required with processing skills for both entry and output proficiencies. Must possess current driver's license and Defensive Driving Certificate. Experience in human service field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and work well with the team.
