Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Mill Valley, CA is seeking student helpers for a fast-paced, on-the-move role.

You’ll work in a two-person team from a branded truck, meet customers daily, and earn pay that includes tips and bonuses while gaining real-world sales and teamwork experience. You’ll be 21+ with a valid CA driver's license and a clean driving history, comfortable talking with customers, and able to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Head out with your teammate in a branded company truck.
• Talk with customers, explain services, and close jobs on-site.
• Lift and haul items like furniture and appliances (75+ lbs).
• Sort items for donation and recycling.
• Represent the company with a positive, professional attitude.
• Coordinate with dispatch to stay organized throughout the day.
