Job summary

BOX Partners in Elgin, IL is seeking Class A CDL drivers to safely transport products to customers and distribution points. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load and unload freight, and maintain accurate delivery documentation while complying with DOT regulations.

This role requires a clean driving record, strong communication, and customer service skills. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, with starting pay at $32 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Experience with commercial driving and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A vehicle to transport products to customers and distribution locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, and secure freight as required.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and required DOT logs.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel.
• Keep vehicles clean and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
