Job summary

CXI Trucking is seeking a dedicated Class B CDL Driver in Elgin, IL. You will operate a straight truck on a dedicated account, starting your day at 6 AM and completing your shifts at home. Enjoy a competitive compensation of $26/hour, with overtime after 40 hours.

CXI Trucking is growing and we have an immediate need for a dedicated Class B CDL Driver in Elgin, IL for a dedicated account.

Start time: 6am

Start your day Monday thru Friday in Elgin, IL and finish your day in Elgin, IL.

Dedicated Truck!

Compensation

$26.00/hour

Overtime pay after 40 hours!

6AM START.

Day shift

HOME EVERY NIGHT AND HOME EVERY WEEKEND

Minimum Requirements

• No more than 1 at-fault (preventable) accident in the last year

• Valid CLASS B CDL LICENSE.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle safely at all times
• Comply with pre-trip and post trip inspections
• Verify loads AND equipment are secured prior to transportation
• Operational knowledge of a pallet jack, two-wheel hand truck and lift-gate to assist in P & D operation
• Ability to lift 75 lbs safely
• Ability to effectively read maps or utilize a GPS unit
• Communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner
