Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for dependable, energetic people who want to earn strong pay while doing work that’s anything but routine. You'll spend your shifts out in the community, meeting different customers, and helping clear out homes and businesses alongside a teammate.

It’s a combination of driving, customer service, sales, and physical work. You'll need to be 21+, have a California driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving history.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid California driver’s license
• Maintain a clean driving history for the previous 3 years
• Be comfortable with customer-facing conversations
• Be capable of performing physical work throughout your shift
• Be dependable and work well alongside others
• Have availability for at least one weekend day
• Have a smartphone capable of downloading company apps

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers at homes and businesses
• Learning what they need removed and walking them through our service
• Providing pricing and helping customers make decisions
• Driving between appointments throughout your route
• Removing furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items
• Safely lifting and carrying items weighing 75+ lbs
• Finding opportunities to donate or recycle reusable items
• Keeping in touch with dispatch as the day progresses

• $29-$33/hr average earnings with hourly pay, tips, and performance bonuses

Your Day Will Include:

• Meeting customers at homes and businesses
