Job summary

The Delaney of Bridgewater is recruiting a hospitality-focused Driver to join our team. This part-time role transports residents to groceries and outings, assists with housekeeping as needed, and supports a culture of guest-centered care.

Salary is $17 per hour with a benefits package including 401k, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. High school diploma or GED and at least six months of bus/van driving experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required.

Responsibilities

• Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.
• May perform housekeeping functions as directed.
• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
