Job summary

The Delaney of Bridgewater is seeking a Quality of Life Specialist to join our team. You will support residents with personal care, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a high standard of living in a warm, welcoming community.

Expect 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts on a full-time schedule. A valid HHA/CNA certification and GED are required, with prior CNA/PCA/HHA experience preferred. We offer competitive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant required.
• One year of CNA/PCA/HHA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist with mealtime; help and encourage residents to eat.
• Complete shift assignments and report if unfinished.
• Communicate with residents, families, and department heads as needed.
• Provide planned activities and respond to call lights and emergencies.

We are currently seeking an outstanding Quality of Life Specialist to join our team.

Salary: $19.00 per hour

Full Time hours - Shifts : 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents with mealtime. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned, if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate to residents, families, Department Heads and the Director of Resident Services when needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Certified Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant required
• One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred
