Job summary

TILL Inc. is seeking a responsible Part-Time Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for individuals supported by our programs in the Greater Boston area, Maynard, MA, and Nashua, NH. This role supports access to day programs, employment, and community activities.

The position offers part-time hours with routes Mon-Fri, mornings and afternoons, at $21 per hour. Must meet background checks and possess CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Functional English written and oral communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a condition of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must pass CORI background check and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport individuals to designated locations using agency vehicles.
• Assist passengers with entering/exiting the vehicle and securing seatbelts or mobility devices.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure safety checks are completed daily.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and TILL policies.
• Communicate with supervisors and program staff regarding schedules and route updates.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

TILL Inc. is seeking a responsible and compassionate Part-Time Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for individuals supported by our programs. This position involves routes throughout the Greater Boston area, Maynard, MA, and Nashua, NH. Drivers play a key role in helping individuals access day programs, employment, and community activities.

• Greater Boston


• Maynard, MA to Nashua, NH

Schedule

This is a part-time schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 9:00 am , 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. $21/hr

Responsibilities

• Safely transport individuals to designated locations using agency vehicles.
