• Pass Physical Agility Test
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare

Responsibilities

• Respond to operation and dispatch requests and transport customers to and from facilities.
• Document trip information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, clean vehicle environment and conduct pre-shift checks.
• Use standard radio transmission codes and adhere to information security standards.
• Operate transportation equipment including stretcher and hydraulic lift; use PPE and dispose supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with allied health, public safety personnel, and operations team.

We’rehiringAmbulance Operators (Drivers) that will respond to emergency and/or non-emergency requests for transportation needs and deliver high-quality care,treatmentand customer service to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Drivers will respond to operation and dispatch requests and use the necessary tools,mapsand addresses to efficiently transport customers to and from facilitiesin a timely manner.

• Clearly document trip information details and adhere to company policies and procedures whilemaintainingconfidentiality and patient rights.

• Take pride inmaintaininga safe and clean vehicle environment for patients, complete the regular mechanical checklist at the start ofshiftsand report any vehicle issues to the Fleet Manager as needed.

• Useappropriate communicationmethods including standard radio transmission codes to effectively respond and route patients andcomply withthe company’s information security standards.

• Drivers willoperatetransportation equipment includingstretcher, hydrauliclift,wheelchairas well as be able to use protective personal equipment and manage disposal ofsuppliesas necessary.

• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner withall alliedhealth and public safety personnel as well as your fellow drivers and operations team.

MinimumRequiredQualifications:
