You will follow recipes, ensure food safety, maintain a clean kitchen, and support inventory and ordering while delivering quality meals for guests and events. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

Responsibilities
