Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Development Engineer for Transmission, Driveline & Gear Reducer to analyze, develop, and validate driveline systems and their integration into Stellantis vehicles. The role covers automatic and manual transmissions, AWD components, and associated controls, with travel for testing and validation.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware and software meet vehicle mission profiles, and will contribute to development and validation plans across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in Automatic Transmission/Driveline/ Electrified Powertrain hardware or controls.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate Transmission & Driveline systems and subsystems.
• Lead development and validation plans for driveline integration into Stellantis vehicles.
• Collaborate with calibration, powertrain, and vehicle synthesis teams to meet project milestones.
• Support benchmarking, data acquisition, and test procedure development.
