Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant management or 1+ year in retail management preferred
• Experience leading a shift without supervision
• General restaurant or retail knowledge
• Familiarity with health and safety laws and regulations
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Demonstrated leadership and time-management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Train, manage, coach, and assign drive-in staff during shifts
• Lead drive-in operations to ensure optimal guest experience
• Staffing and scheduling during shifts
• Perform opening and/or closing duties
• Address guest and employee concerns professionally
• Monitor costs, quality, and service during shift
• Maintain drive-in records and enforce policies
• Ensure compliance with laws and company standards
• Perform all station duties as needed
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness; regular attendance
