Job summary

soar-restaurants-sonic is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead drive-in operations and staff during assigned shifts. You will train, coach, and supervise crew, manage staffing, and ensure excellent guest service while upholding company standards.

The role requires the ability to perform opening/closing duties, handle guest and employee concerns, and maintain cost control, sanitation, and compliance across stations. Minimum 30 hours/week with some irregular hours.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restaurant management experience or 1 year of retail management experience.
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage drive-in operations and employees during shift.
• Train, coach, and direct staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor staffing levels and perform opening/closing duties.
• Escalate guest or employee issues appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and laws.
• Perform station duties and maintain sanitation and cleanliness.
