Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing a restaurant or equivalent retail setting.
• Minimum six months restaurant management or one year retail management.
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train, manage, direct, coach, lead, and assign drive-in employees during shift.
• Lead and manage drive-in operations during shift to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage staffing levels during shift.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Handle guest issues during shift and resolve concerns.
• Handle employee issues and maintain team harmony.
• Monitor and manage food, labor, inventory to maximize cost-control and quality.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of drive-in records.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform all station duties as necessary during shift.
• Regular cleaning and sanitation duties and trash disposal.
• Maintain regular attendance.
