Qualifications

• Experience managing a restaurant or retail shift is required.

• Ability to monitor costs and ensure safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct drive-in employees during assigned shift.
• Ensure an optimal guest experience through effective operations.
• Manage staffing levels and scheduling during the shift.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as needed.
• Handle guest and employee issues with proper escalation.
• Monitor food, labor, inventory, and paper usage for cost control.
• Maintain drive-in records and comply with policies and standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform station duties as required to meet standards.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas.
