Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Monroe, WI seeks a Drive Thru Associate to assist customers with online orders and drive-thru pickups. You’ll help in the warehouse, scan and bag purchases, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the drive-thru and BOPUS pickup areas.
• Operate cash register, scan items, bag purchases, and process payments.
• Prepare and fetch products for customer pickup as ordered.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks (moving freight, staging items, loading vehicles).
• Adhere to Loss Prevention and safety policies.
