Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Drive Thru Associate to assist customers with online pickup orders and drive-thru loading at our Verona, WI location. Responsibilities include cashier duties, loading prepared orders, and basic warehouse tasks.

Excellent communication and prior retail experience are preferred. Availability for evenings and some weekends is required, and the role includes a comprehensive benefits package. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities and customer service orientation.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at BOPUS and drive-thru pickup.
• Operate cash register, scan items, collect payment.
• Prepare ordered items for pickup and arrange for loading.
• Assist warehouse duties: move freight, stage products, unload pallets.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety procedures.
