The Manager drives training, daily administration, and performance coaching to preserve 7 Brew’s mission and values at the stand level.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced stand with 40+ team members.
• Ability to coach and train staff and manage shifts.
• Proven leadership in a drive-thru environment.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions.
• Create weekly shift schedules balancing cost and service speed.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change.
• Lead meetings and develop leaders.
• Communicate directives from upper management.
• Delegate tasks to leadership team.
