Job summary

7 Brew in Little Elm, TX is seeking an experienced Location Manager to lead the stand, drive growth, and uphold the company culture, mission, and values. You’ll oversee daily operations and ensure strong guest experiences.

You will coach and train the crew, schedule shifts, monitor inventory and cash handling, enforce health and safety standards, and develop future leaders, reporting to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Visit the stand outside scheduled shifts to coach, observe, train, and perform administrative duties.
• Regularly work weekends and holidays, if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training and coaching.
• Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and growth areas.
• Create weekly shift schedules to balance labor costs and guest wait times.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change are accurate.
• Develop leaders and communicate directives from upper management.
• Delegate tasks to leadership and Brewistas to improve efficiency.
