Job summary

Gtatelecom is seeking an experienced Drive Test Engineer for field RF drive testing and data collection in Brazil. The role requires TEMS experience, setup of drive test equipment, and travel to multiple site locations.

You will perform RF drive tests, monitor logs, and assist with data processing and reporting. This is a hands-on, field-based position with a focus on data quality and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Drive Test Engineer experience.
• TEMS experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on RF drive testing and data collection.
• Set up and configure drive test equipment and testing environments.
• Follow established test scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Set up and operate scanners, test phones, and drive test kits.
• Perform log file and test report sanity checks.
• Be willing to travel frequently to different site locations.
• Strong understanding of RF drive test procedures and data collection methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TEMS and RF drive testing, along with the flexibility to travel frequently between different sites.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years of experience as a Drive Test Engineer.
