Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Drive Test Engineer.
• TEMS experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on RF drive testing and data collection experience.
• Experience setting up drive test equipment and testing environments.
• Ability to follow established test scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Experience setting up and operating scanners, test phones, and drive test kits.
• Ability to perform log file and test report sanity checks.
• Must be flexible and travel frequently between site locations.
• Strong understanding of RF drive test procedures and data collection methodologies.
