• Support onboarding, calibration, and ongoing learning for complex support scenarios.
• Own team performance across quality, productivity, CX, and operational metrics.
• Monitor trends across support channels and proactively mitigate risks.
• Use data to identify root causes and influence business decisions.
• Simplify workflows to reduce manual effort and boost high-value interactions.
• Lead projects, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
