Job summary

This exempt role requires at least three years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and ability to work 50+ hours weekly, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields.
• Experience: At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Knowledge/Skills: Labor and employment laws; health and safety regulations; basic math and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Manage compensation levels pursuant to company guidelines.
• Supervise all drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction and standards.
• Plan, forecast, and adjust food, labor, inventory to maximize cost-control.
• Lead team meetings and maintain all required recordkeeping and reports.
• Develop and implement local marketing and business performance action plans.
• Ensure maintenance of drive-in and equipment; supervise vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and company policies.
