• Supervise all drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and guest/employee issue resolution.
• Plan and control food, labor, inventory to maximize cost efficiency.
• Lead regular team meetings and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain records, reports, and vendor performance.
• Implement local marketing and business performance plans.
