Job summary

A minimum of three years in restaurant management is required, with strong leadership and people-management skills. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
• Experience: At least three years of restaurant management (QSR preferred); run a restaurant shift without supervision; recruit, interview, hire, and manage employees.
• Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of labor laws, health and safety; strong verbal and written communication; basic computer, math, accounting, and reading skills; problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage assistants and employees.
• Manage food, labor, paper, and inventory to maximize cost-control and guest experience.
• Lead regular team meetings and ensure operational standards and guest service.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, vendor performance, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; maintain sanitation and safety standards.
