Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support employees to ensure quality, safety and efficiency.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and adjust staffing levels as needed.
• Direct and assign employees to meet operational standards and handle inventory control.
• Complete weekly inventory and maintain records and documentation.
• Reinforce customer service focus and respond to guest requests promptly.
