Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Drinking Water Treatment Business Class Lead in the Georgia- Alabama/Mississippi Water Business Group. You will lead strategic initiatives, champion drinking water treatment, and mentor engineers while growing project offerings.

You will partner with client managers and business development teams to deliver value, engage in market presence, and guide projects from concept to completion across the Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field is required.
• Experience evaluating, studying and designing water treatment plant projects.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Drinking Water Treatment BC initiatives and grow the project portfolio.
• Mentor junior engineers and EITs, participate in quality reviews and project management.
• Partner with client managers, business development, and HDR resources to deliver programs.
